Landscape Concept Plan

This provides the main structure of the garden that puts the client’s ideas into a visual form. A scaled drawing documents the position of the main garden features and layout such as ‘retaining walls’, ‘decking’, ‘paving’, entertaining and seating areas through to ‘plant suggestions’ and positioning of ‘garden beds’.

This is drawn from the vision discussed from the consultation and is important in ensuring that the client is happy with the main concept before proceeding further.

An estimate of costs involved will be provided at this stage to make sure it is within client’s requirements and budget. Any council approvals will be addressed. Part Payment will be required at this stage.
